Warranty Request

Trinity Classic Home's warranty and process for claims is very important to us.

Upon closing, Trinity Classic Homes provides a one-year warranty, + an Extended Warranty for key elements of the home.

Please make sure that you first go over the Warranty Agreement before submitting a claim. If you do not have access to your Warranty Agreement, you may email us for a copy at warranty@trinityclassicbuilds.com

In the event of a claim, please contact us by filling out this form to bring our attention to any warranty issues during your first year of home ownership. *Please note that the one-year warranty does not cover cosmetic or maintenance items such as paint, caulking, and landscaping.



    Warranty Request

    As an enhancement to your warranty program, we have also enrolled your home in the Front Line Warranty Service (FLWS) program, administered by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. FLWS will be the point of contact for all of your warranty service requests.

    To submit warranty service requests, please login below to your homeowner portal. If you are a first time user, select the “sign up here” button. Once you have signed in, click “Service Requests” to submit your warranty requests. If this is an emergency please refer to you warranty sheet in your home either under you kitchen sink or on the door of your electrical panel. 

    Please note, if you contact the emergency subcontractors with a NON EMERGENCY issue, you as the homeowner will be charged for the service.

    • Not Working at all
    • Excessive leak, one that is a slow drip is not considered excessive.
    • A drain back up
    • Not working at all, this does not include individual switches or outlets this is for the entire house
    • A hot wire is exposed
    • The entire system is not working; this does not include individual rooms or zones
